it's allergic blepharo conjuntivitis. please use antallergic eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. olopatadine and rub ocupol d eye oint twice daily on lids.

Your symptoms are suggestive of allergy
Try
A.cold compresses
B use antiallergic eyedrop like epinastine eyedrop along with lubricating eyedrop
C soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used in pulse dose in severe cases
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better
