This could be due to corneal involvement in form of subepithelial punctate keratopathy
If this is present then you can use
A. Cyclosporine eyedrop twice daily
B. Lubricating eyedrop frequently
Use Antiglare glasses

Eye flu r conjunctivitis for more than two weeks could lead to corneal opacity called punctate keratitis
Kindly check with your ophthalmologist for checkup if ur infection is not come down
