Eye floaters
Ive been having small eye floaters since a year. Ive consulted a eye doctor few months back. He said they go away gradually. But they still persist. Is it serious ?what should i do next?

Hello ....floaters as explained very beautifully by my colleague are clump of fibres present in vitreous....they may annoy u but dont decrease ur vision....they never decrease in number nor will they vanish on their own but dont worry....the best way to get rid of them is to avoid them...just busy urself with ur work ...u wont notice them after some time...but if u will keep looking at them...they will keep annoying u

Hello there, Most eye floaters are caused by age-related changes that occur as the jelly-like substance (vitreous) inside your eyes becomes more liquid. Microscopic fibers within the vitreous tend to clump and can cast tiny shadows on your retina, which appear to you as floaters. If your eye floaters impair your vision, which happens rarely, you may have options like lasers to disrupt floaters or surgery. Consult Ophthalmologist..
