My daughter is frequently blinking eye for the past one month. Recently she is having headache and pain where the eye glass rest above the nose. She is not having any eye problem so far. Due to COVID 19 unable to visit eye hospital.
Thanks

Is she pass most of her time on mobile or tablet or tv.
If so the present problem might be due to dryness.
Please discourage her to use mobile.
Wash her eyes frequently with fresh water and do cold compresses by ice.
Ask her to blink her eyes frequently
Put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids
