Eye ball in reddish

I'm facing eye balls with reddish in colour for past 4 days.It is in bright colour during day time but after wake up its not as much in day .And also I'm feeling swelling of eye .Note that it's all in right eye only,there is no problem in my vision its clear only.For your info,I'm working in manufacturing industry where welding works are involved..

Well, it is quite possible that you are not wearing protective glasses properly at work and UV light from the welding arc is causing superficial corneal injury that heals over night! Use lubricating drops and keep the safety glasses on while working. Arc light from side can also cause minor damage to cornea.
