I have power of minus 1.75 in right eye and power of 0.75 in left eye do i have wear glasses all the time .
Do not wearing glasses will be harmful

Check with your local ophthamologist, if the number is same as you say it is.. then wearing glasses is what every eye doctor will advise.
Using or not using the glasses is your personal choice, but i can assure you that not wearing glasses will not give as clear a vision as is possible with the best correction for your eyes.
Now you can make an informed decision and take the call.
