I have. Eye problem I have got long sighted ness 7 to 8 months ago I can't see far things clearly is there any remedy to regain my eyesight

There is no medicine or exercise to get rid of the glasses except lasik. But for that you will have to wait for 5to6 years. At present get your refraction done at a regular interval and use specs as per prescription.
