Hi dear...I dont understand the question ! Is there a problem with vision ? Do u wear glasses or have any disease in eyes ? What is low vision? Hv u checked at any doctors place ?
For general eye health ...if u r asking ...then what we have heard from ages ..
Good healthy habits..sleep/eat/ exercise
Eat one colored food/ veggie everyday
Less screen time n follow 20/20 rule
Can do normal convergence n rotation exercise if you want
Good level of vit D n others
These r generalized things ...if toh have any specific query ...you can ask
