Extreme weakness. Some digestion issues.
Hello, Patient: My dad, age 62. Diseases: high blood pressure, cholestrol & diabetese. History: Before 4 years, a blood clot in heart; was treated and dissolved then at the hospital. The blockage in heart Was 70%. No surgery was performed then. And, he is doing fine without any such episode again. Current Problems: Extreme weakness, tiredness. Less Energy in body. Random back side headache. Some digestion issues. Constipation. Recent tests and Result: B.P.: 170/100 Cholestrol: Sr. Cholestrol: 210 mg/dl Sr. TriGlyceride: 168 mg/dl HDL: 49 mg/dl VLDL: 34 mg/dl LDL: 128 mg/dl Total Lipid: 764 mg/dl LDL/HDL Ratio: 2.6 Cholestrol/HDL Ratio: 4.3 Diabetese: Fasting Blood Glucose: 77.1 mg/dl Fasting Urine Glucose: ABSENT Post Prandial Blood Glucose: 200 mg/dl Post Prandial Urine Glucose: ABSENT CREATNINE: 0.9 mg/dl S.G.P.T.: 13.5 IU 2D Echo: No RWMA. LVEF: 60%. 'Gr II dystolic dysfunction', Mild LVH, Mild PAH, Mild TR, Mild MR, VPC+. TFT: Negative for Provocable myocardial ischemia.

Hi..... Consider dietary changes. Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet .. Don't severely restrict carbohydrates; instead, choose complex carbohydrates, which are high in fiber. The more fiber in a food, the more slowly it's digested and the more slowly your blood sugar levels rise. High-fiber carbohydrates include whole-grain breads and cereals, whole-wheat pasta, bulgur wheat, barley, brown rice, and beans.... Limit less healthy, simple carbohydrates such as soda, excess fruit juice, cake, candy, ice cream, pies, cookies and doughnuts.
