I feel extremely tired for example while playing cricket and even while doing day to day activities like bathing. This happens too often what may be the cause and please suggest the remedy.

Hello,most common causes are hypoglycemia and anemia.You should have nutritious foods containing protein ,fat ,vitamin band minerals. You must not skip meals. Get your blood check up done . low hemoglobin level (anemia ) could cause fatiguability. Have green leafy vegetables and dry fruits. Consult general physician for evaluation.
