I am suffering from headache since 20 years. I take my medicines regularly for 5 years for my Left temporal gliosis and vascular headache.but i no cure. Still I am suffering from headache.

By vascular headache if u mean migraine,then it's a lifetime problem.having a headache once in a while is normal.you cannot avoid it.if it's frequent,you need to take medication.try to identify your trigger factors for the headache and avoid it.if persistent consult a doctor
