Extrapulmonary pleural fluid deposition
Recently my brother is diagnosed with extrapulmonary pleural fluid deposition in both of his lungs. After pleural fluid testing his LDH level is very high and protein in pleural fluid reached to 6 mg/dl. So doctors recommended for Anti Tubercular Drugs and medication is under progress. But no physical improvement is shown till one month of medication and further checking his FBS is also found high around 150. His pulse rate is also maintain very high arond 125-130 bpm. If there is any suggestions pls help

Pleural fluid deposition in both side of lung is more common in systemic diseases than local diseases. To diagnose TUBERCULAR EFFUSION some more detailed evaluation is required. Please consult online for better evaluation.
