Child 1yr age undergone arthrotomy At right knee joint effected with tuberculosis. 3 months over with physiotherapy flexion and extension (upto 10°no pain) has come.but doctor suggest serial fiber cast.with cast coming flexion and extension has gone or not? Which one is best either physiotherapy with brace or cast.
