Lately I've been experiencing feeling like my head exploding, hearing of unusual sounds when I'm about to sleep.
Is this something due to lack of sleep or is it something to be worried about ?
I usually have sleep problems, I could rarely go to deep sleep and my sleeps are usually light or easily interrupted!

Disturbed sleep can cause this heaviness and makes us a little more irritable so even little sounds seem to be significant. However, if the sleep is not corrected it can have a negative impact on your physical and mental health. Kindly see a doctor.
