Experienced very light period

Asked for Female, 39 Years

My period was 9 days delayed this month and very light too. But I am experiencing all pre periodic symptoms. Like dizziness, stomach cramps, loss of appetite. My pregnancy test report is negative.... Any kind of medication help me.
