Exhaustion or something else
Yesterday I had an extremely exhaustive day at office and thus was without food and water for roughly about 9 hours. Since morning today I felt I had temperature but it was 97.7°F accompanied by mild throat pain which became quite by day end  . During the day I had stomach upset which is persistent even now. I am unable to understand what has occured and why. Please help

Drinking of water is very important to maintain good health. You can miss a meal , but you must hydrate sufficiently. Always keep a bottle of water handy. You have to take 2-3 litres of water if you are working indoor , 4-5 litres of water if outdoor. Coming to the stomach upset , i didn't understand whether it is vomitting or loose motions. If you are having vomitting take tablet Domstal every 8 hours till they stop. If you are having loose motions take tablet Cifran CT 12 th hourly for 2 days. Take only curdrice till you get alright. Drink plenty of water.
