Exhaling problem after masturbation
I have difficulty breathing out after masturbation. My throat becomes choked when I try to exhale. I feel that a huge volume of air is trapped in the lungs and when it's in the process of coming out, my throat gets choked and I feel a kind of stiffness in my chest. However when successful, there comes excess saliva in my mouth & this seems to be choking the throat again. Again I am restless for a deep breath. My eyes become watery. This vicious cycle won't let me sleep as a result.
