I've to appear for PET (1600 m in 6 min. 30 sec.) for sub-inspector in a month. I recently have a minor hairline fracture on both of my legs (below the knee) so the doctor has advised me to take rest for a while from running. During my training I realised that while I do have the muscle power that is required for running but what I really struggled with was my BREATHLESSNESS. I don't know how long it will take to heal completely but during this time I want to enhance my lung muscles through exercises and equipments if anyone can suggest.
Thanks
