Hi. Whenever I run or any cardio intensive exercises or do workouts I get a running nose. It's annoying and decreases the running milage to a large extent.
I have consulted a ENT specialist earlier and do not have allergies or any blood related issues.
I have a deviated septum as well. Needed help in this regard

exercise induced rhinitis occurs secondary to increased autonomic activity and dilatation of blood vessels of nose leading to profuse nasal discharge
to be frank its a difficult problem to treat most of the anti allergy medications won't work in this condition
ipratropium bromide nasal sprays are supposedly work but their availability is very limited in India
you can also give a trial of steroid+antihistamine nasal spray sometimes it may work
last option would be surgery such as posterior nasal neurectomy or vidian neurectomy
