Excessivebelching atnight
My husband is a diabetic n gets extreme belching and burping at night when he lies down sometime after dinner bc of this he is not able to sleep at all. He is free of gas or flatulence in the day. Please advise.

Hello..
Well I would suggest you to have food early in the night so that you have min of 2-3 hrs gap after dinner to sleep...and you also need to troll for a min of 30 min after food...the problem may occur due to having late dinner also...so need not worry.. have food on time...drink water well... thank you
