Excessive weight gain and hair loss
I underwent a laparoscopy paraovarian cyst operation when I was 13 years following which I gained lot of weight.I also suffer from severe hair loss , acanthosis nigricans and acne all over my face.My periods are regular. I'm 20yrs now weighing 92kgs for a height of 164 cm.

I don’t think any of your symptoms are related to your surgery. Consult an endocrinologist for evaluation of your symptoms. You certainly need to eating healthier and exercise regularly
