Hyperhidrosis can be common in teenage years. Do you have any other symptoms such as increased heart rate, weight loss or frequent bowel movements?. If you have any of these symptoms along with excessive sweating you probably need to check thyroid hormone levels. If it is just sweating with no other symptoms you could try external application of chandanadi thailam before bath and wash it off. It would also be beneficial to take chandanasavam ( different from thailam) 10 mls orally for 1 month
Next Steps
Also try to restrict processed foods and include more fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. You could also dilute aloe vera gel with water and apply on your skin

You would require further investigations to rule out the underlying cause of the hyperhidrosis and have it treated accordingly. Your choices of treatment are medication(antiperspirant, botulinum toxin injection, antidepressants, botox) and surgical(microwave therapy, sweat gland removal, sympathectomy). The following lifestyle changes could help: - Use anti-perispirants - Bathe daily and regularly as you're likely to acquire skin infections. - Proper foot care, Change socks regularly and don't wear moist clothes for too long, go barefoot whenever possible so as to air your feet. - Choose loose breathable natural fabrics such as cotton, wool and silk which will allow proper circulation. - Try relaxation techniques such as yoga, breathing exercises to reduce elements such as anxiety. - Avoid spicy food, eat a healthy well balanced diet If problems are persistent I would advise you to meet a dermatologist and get evaluated and treated.
