Excessive dry cough, throat etching throughout the day. After longtime cough little bit sputum. I am allergic from cold drinks, cold water, beer. After eating ice-cream immediately get cough. And I smoke also.

Smoking is one of the commonest causes for dry cough. Your symptoms also indicate an acid reflux disorder. Try to modify your eating habits, eat on time,breakfast is must, reduce stress. An ENT specialist would perform a throat endoscopy and give u anti reflux medications.
