Excessive acidity or may be gerd
Sir,from the onset of march i am suffering from severe acidity,around middle of this month heatburn and severe back pain happened bit it declined with the changed food habits,but still at times whenever i eat anything i get bloating,and recently i got cough also...i am thinkng it to be gerd,sir please suggest me the right measure?

Hi.... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your heartburn. Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed....

You seen to have an abdominal infection. Consult a physician / surgeon who would prescribe appropriate antibiotics, antiamoebics and PPI's to treat your condition
