Excess Weight
I delivered a baby boy on 1 Nov 2015 but he expIred. I cud not even feed him n started bloating. I also did over eating. Now my weight is 70 kgs n my height is 154 cms ( 5 feet). If I take yr medicine medohar vati or ashvaganhdha leaves or others will it help me ? N wen I'll stop taking will i gain weight again ?

to get good results consult ayur dr.because according to prakruti treatment nd medicine changes.. avoid curd,peanuts,tomoto,bakery,frmnted food,frozen food. drink luke warm water whole day. drink drumstick soup added with black pepper ll help yu decrease fat. take salad before meal. dnt take water after meal. dnt take meal after 7pm.

Yes. Your BMI is 31 which is high and your ideal weight should be below 63 kg. Try reducing your weight gradually. Do not crash diet. Medicines do work after proper consultation, lifestyle management, yoga and exercises. Do bhramari pranayam, bhastrika and anulom vilom daily for 15 minutes. Do 15 minutes brisk walking and 30 minutes of yoga daily. Also do blood investigation to rule out hypothyroidism too.

Hello Only talking this medicine will not help. Proper diet, exercise, must be followed. You may need paanchakarma treatment. This will help you to regain your physic . do consult for further guidance. Till then suggested to take dashamularishtam 2 tsf with warm water after food.
