My mother is 46 year old...and weight is 72 kg...
She is currently suffering from high blood pressure ...now what can i do in her daily routine... what kind of food avoided and what kind of food take mostly..

avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...avoid exess of salt,pickles, stored or packed food items...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...Consult dietitian and physician they will help you further
