Hi...., I went through your clinical query....
Your symptoms are suggestive of type 2 diabetes mellitus..... Increased thirst and frequent urination....Excess sugar building up in your bloodstream causes fluid to be pulled from the tissues.... Some people who have type 2 diabetes can achieve their target blood sugar levels with diet and exercise alone, but many also need diabetes medications or insulin therapy....Consult Physician....
