My wife is 47,under perimenopause,and a diabetic patient.why excess sweating often occurs under her under breast portion and upper belly region ? what is the remedy?

Hello..... 75% of women will have sweating and hot flushes around perimeopausal age.. It's due to hormonal imbalance at perimenopausal age... It's due to change in estrogen level.. Sweating is natural it adjusts body temperature and cools the body ..so don't worry tl her to drink lot of water...
