Excess sweat
Dear Doctor
My son 4.7yrs old now. We could observe from last week that when he normally move around for play he get excess sweating on his forehead and behind his head.
I am worried we hv not noticed this earlier except slight during his sleep.
Kindly suggest what precautions to be taken.
