Excess body heat

Asked for Male, 36 Years

3 weeks ago took Ayush kwath after that my external body temperature started increasing.. consulted online doctor n took ors, providac capsules and hifenac D tablet... now 80% is reduced... when ever I consume hot water or anything hot then body heat is increasing, also if I get tensed as well. Dont have any other symptoms...please advise.
