Evion 400 has vitamin E and evion forte contains Omega-3-fatty acids (Eicosapentanoic acid and Docosahexanoic acid), Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), Vitamin E (Tocopherol) and Lycopene.so evion 400 contains vitamin E only and evion forte contains a range of vitamins and protective fatty acids.Evion forte will be always better to take.
