Hello sir. I would like to elaborate a little more on your symptoms. For now, ypu can take a syp disodium hydrogen citrate 2 tsf tds and a tab pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast.  For urinary infection in your age, we need to do certain tests.

Go for Urine complete routine examination and urine culture. Complete hemogram USG KUB plus Prostate. review with reports.

Urine infection should be ruled out by doing urine test and culture..drink plenty of fluids,avoid oily and spicy food, excercise regularly..dont sleep immediately having food..just walk for a while .Consult an urologist for further investigation and treatment..
