Dear Sir , I am an allopath but have also done Masters in Acupuncture , Ayurved and Homeopathy . After reading your problem , I think you have multiple problems like obesity , IBS , Hypertension , anxiety etc. I have treated cases like yours many times in my practice of 30 yrs. The best thetapy which will address all your problems is a combination therapy of Acupuncture and Ayurvedic Panchakarma . Plz find a experienced and qualified Doctor trained in both . Best of luck
