She's suffering from rheumatoid arthritis .. Currently her haemoglobin is 8 and ESR 80.. Is it a serious condition?

Hello, ESR is elevated in autoimmune conditions, her hemoglobin is worrying ,its only 8 she must be taken to hospital soon . If not today tomorrow. She may need blood transfusion. Rheumatoid arthritis could be the cause for anemia by various mechanism. Consult general physician in nearest hospital.
