ESR 80 and Protein in Urine with Puss
My father was diagnosed with a UTI infection 15days back but he was not medicated for it. Recently he was caught up with the fever and we took the entire blood and urine test again, it was found that ESR
Is 80 but WBC count is 9000. The urine test shows trace of protein and Bacteria in Urine and plenty of puss as well. What to do in this case? What is the cause?

Please get a urine culture done. Also he needs to get a uroflowmetry and ultrasound of kub with post void residual volume to look into the cause of recurrent infection
