Esophagus inflmmation
Hi there is slight inflammation in esophagus with one mucosal fold inflamed is this damage reversible . Or is it a permanent condition where I have to live with it please guide it would be very helpful THANKS

Hello.......you might be having GERD.. That inflammatory change is reversible but it depends on your lifestyle and food habbits.. Avoid spicy foods.. Take curdrice ,drink plenty of water , have frequent small meals instead of large regular meals.Sleep 2-3 hours after having dinner..
