Eruption and pain chewing

I have an eruption on the right side of my mouth right on the roof of the corner of my last teeth and it pains while I chew my food. Please suggest cause and basic medication.

it may be due to wisdom tooth eruption,redness or swelling should be there. show it to dentist first and take pain killer.
