Errection problem after hernia operatin

Sir I am 30 years male. I've been suffering from sexual errection problem after my hernia operation since I was 18. I consulted urologist at CMC VELORE he referred me to a psychiatrist saying that I am physically fit. Psychiatrist prescribed me triptomer for six months. But I still felt the same problem therefore I decided to go to a endocrinologist and he prescribed me pexicp 10 and pexideed 25 for three months. Despite of taking all these medicines still i have the same problem. Please suggest me which doctor should I consult. Please
