I am a 27 yr old guy I have been married for 45 days and I am having trouble with my penis as my penis is not getting hard enough to have a sexual relation i never felt this problem before my body is producing enough sperms as I have to mastrubate once in 2 days my penis is getting hard only for few seconds as I want to have sex it goes soft , i don't drink, i don't smoke plz tell me any remedy for this problem plz help me
