Hi i had a habit of masturbation since i was a kid about 9 years the habit has continued since then.i got married 4 years back and had left masturbation but later on because of some reasons i got separated and again started masturbating.now i have pain in my scrotum after ejaculation and e.d. and decresed sexual desire

masturbation now is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity that is pleasant, fulfilling, acceptable, and safe. It is a good way to experience sexual pleasure and can be done throughout life.
