Suppose u r doing penis Doppler ultrasound than only we can find this otherwise in normal check up usually we may not detect like lack of blood supply, as ED caused by number of reasons ..at your age mainly it's psychological only ..apart from that modify your lifestyle you may done full body check up this will not detect from that
