Erectile dysfunction and premature.

I was diagnosed with grade a varicocele in 2012 but after that in few years my problem started of PE and ED that too chronic one within seconds and a few months back in net I was googling and got a call saying in a month my problem will be solved so after spending so much instead of getting oil and 2 tablets I got only a small  nameless oil bottle,a bottle of t+ ultra capsules.its mentioned gokshura250mg but after fewtablets I stopped it as stomach pain started.i feel it's a fake products in net they sell.after using oil for a month I feel like my impotency has gone more up,I ejaculate within 10 seconds,does any oil create this type of issues.what should I do to get back my life like school days.this oil smells like some baby oil.
