Hi doctors,
I'm 28yrs old weighing 73kgs with lean body. Whenever I have sex with my Girlfriend, gonna get married next year to her, she always complains that my penis is not as hard as it was used to be earlier. One ejaculate within 2mins while having sex and after that I don't get urinated. The same problem is also noticed while mastubrating. Also it doesn't get excited for the second round of sex for atleast 12hours. I am facing this problem since last 1 year.
Please help me before it's too late. I don't want my sex n married life to be ruined.
Its a serious issue for me. I am quite nervous.

Get tested for blood sugar level, thyroid function and testosterone level.
Don't get nervous..if there is a problem solution is always there.
