Epilepsy or not
I have anxeity heart palpitation and dizziness.  Did ct brain for dizziness. It's normal. But in eeg it denotes" The eeg shows evidence for Intermittent sharpened activity over the fronto temporal region bilaterally. These findings suggest liability to seizures"" But doc says it is normal and he didn't perscribed any medicine for epilepsy rather he perscribed for anxeity. Is this findings epilepsy or not. (I attached report)

The doctor who ordered the EEG is the best person to give proper explanation.Trust your doctor ,he is right in advising you to take anxiety medication after ruling out the causes and not prescribing any anti epileptic drugs as he is certain that you don't have epilepsy.
