Im having lump on testis but ultrasound scan shows nothing then what is it?
Doctor said its epyidimis cyst then why its not showing in usg

If der is no particular symptoms and lump is of small size and as already doc examined and said it may be epididymal cyst, its no worry. Sometimes if it's small it may miss in scrotal scan nothing to scare.
