I have 9% eosinophils , neutrophils is51% and lymphocytes is 39% is it normal and I have tonnsili inflammation and discuss it in detail

9% eosinophils is a bit high. Need to look at picture of your tonsil Consider visiting Infectious Disease Physician either in person or consult online
