Entire spine is very pain
Dear Sir,
Good Day,
I am suffering from acute pain on neck. Cannot make the normal neck movements. Also the lower spine pains a lot and it also doesnt allow flexible movements. Please advise

Sir,
greetings, noted the query. if you are using two wheelers for travelling kindly avoid using it. go for 4 wheelers. avoid using high pillows during sleep instead go for very small pillows or cervical pillows. aplly oils (ayurvedic / siddha) very mildly for better results. also after relief of pain go for stregthening exercise for better result. for medicines or treatment i need x-ray report or MRI report
