Enquiry on sugar level
I am currently at the margin of being over weight, and i am following certain weight loss tips. I drink cucumber juice, ginger juice, corrainder and parsley leaves juice, cinnamon tea. I researched and found that all these juice works on regulating sugar in the blood, and try to reduce it. If i continue with this diet, will this affect my sugar level and cause any damage?

You could continue doing this but having a healthy balanced diet would be more appropriate with regular physical activity everyday of at least 30 minutes and try to loose at least 5-7% of your total body weight to prevent or further delay the onset of diabetes. Thank you!
