Success rate in IVF depends on the cause of infertility, the duration of infertility, the age of partners, especially female partner , her ovarian reserve Antral Follicular Count on ultrasound and AMH.
If poor ovarian reserve , better go in for Ovum Donation IVF.
Cost of IVF depends on various factors- basically cost Is divided into injection cost, and laboratory cost.Some centres offer packages inclusive of everything.
Small centre may charge anything ranging from 1.3 to 1.7 lacs.
Bigger CORPORATE hospitals may charge from 1.7 to 2.5 lacs depending on the infrastructure .
Success rates in best centres range from 40-50 percent.
Be sure to ask the CARRY HOME BABY RATE and NOT THE BIOCHEMICAL PREGNANCY RATES!
