Hey, your usg has multiple findings. If your stomach pain is of short duration (as in weeks), the cause is constipation. It also shows urinary bladder infection. Also your usg shows an ovarian cyst. So you have to get evaluated by a gynecologist to know if you have any menstrual issues and other symptoms. So better consult a gynecologist in person. One issue regarding your uterus may be causing these problems for you.
